We focus on roasting small-batch, single-origin coffee. Each batch is sourced from distinct regions, farms, or cooperatives which then are roasted to highlight the unique traits of their environment, including; soil, climate, and cultivation techniques. Our house Logger Roast and rotating origins give coffee lovers an experience with variety, classic flavours and aromas that share their story.
