We focus on roasting small-batch, single-origin coffee. Each batch is carefully sourced from distinct regions, farms, or cooperatives, highlighting the unique traits of their environment, including soil, climate, and cultivation techniques. With fresh and rotating origins, coffee lovers can experience a variety of flavours and aromas that tell unique stories.

Stay In The Loop
We have our favourites, but the single origins we chose will be mostly random till supplies run out. We are learning the best way to roast each origin so we can figure out how and what we want our blends to be, when the time comes. In the meanwhile, reach out!
